The Brain/MINDS Beyond Human Brain MRI Traveling Subject (BMB-HBM-TS) dataset consists of 648 sessions of the 3T MRI data from 75 healthy participants collected at 14 sites by using 3 different measurement protocols.
The traveling-subject (TS) method is an intermodel difference correction method suitable for multicenter studies (Yamashita et al., 2019), which can properly separate measurement bias coming from the MRI equipment and measurement protocols and sampling bias coming from the study design. BMB-HBM performed traveling subject measurements to promote multicenter studies. This dataset has been collected from 2019 to 2020 (fisrt phase TS).
It includes NIfTI files (.nii.gz) of structural MRI (T1w, T2w, dMRI) and rs-fMRI and csv files of demographics of the participants.
