Brain/MINDS Beyonds Human Brain MRI datasets

DATASET DESCRIPTION

The Brain/MINDS Beyond Human Brain MRI (BMB-HBM) dataset consists of approximately 7,000 sessions of 3T MRI data from patients with psychiatric or neurological disorders, healthy controls and population cohorts, collected at 23 sites using 3 different measurement protocols.

This dataset includes MRI data from patients with the following disorders: mood disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, schizophrenia and other primary psychotic disorders, anxiety and anxiety-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, neurocognitive disorders, and diseases of the nervous system.

It includes NIfTI files (.nii.gz) of structural MRI (T1w, T2w, dMRI) and rs-fMRI and csv files of participant demographics.
